TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Selway Group represents a number of international call centers to business customers that seek high quality, economical outsourcing services to North American customers. These centers can provide inbound tier 1 and tier 2 customer services, technical support and outbound telemarketing.

But primarily, the company has developed leading edge communications networks to connect calls centers inexpensively and with exceptionally high quality carrier grade termination to their users and customers. The evolution of those telecommunications technologies have lead Selway to become a wholesale provider of long distance network services using VoIP network services.

Selway is a regulated carrier (U.S. FCC 499-a carrier) that offers network services for VoIP carriage, with Cisco-based switching from its facilities located in the New York City metro area. The company originates and terminates traffic using these Codecs: G729 (G729r8 and G729Br8 Annex A and B), G723, G711, and T38.

Selway's VoIP voice services include wholesale and carrier networks and switching; international trunking access; backroom wholesale VoIP services for ISPs and other internet providers; products designed and tailored for the international hospitality markets, including a specialty in providing country-to-country long distance and faxing services. In addition, we assist callers who make collect or credit card calls domestically and to more than 196 countries. Selway features wholesale operator services, giving its OSP and hospitality customers VoIP interfaces, TDM and 800 interfaces, and a multiple of billing and switching options. Lastly, Selway has their own dialer switch for those customers that do not own their own switch and need that service. There is no charge to use this switch as long as the terminating traffic is going through the Selway system.

Selway offers network services including domestic DID access, DID access in 50 different countries, T1 and channel trunk groups forVOIP access domestically, and in the same countries, prepaid switch platforms, and an all Cisco-based network. They provide SIP access those same 50 countries, via local DIDs or toll free numbers, with trunks that can handle between 2 and 500 concurrent calls from the same DID or trunk group of DIDs, from the same country. It typically receives traffic via SIP protocol, and terminates on the same services. It does offer T38 faxing protocols.

Currently, the Selway Group is offering a uniquely competitive product for termination of both normal and dialer traffic within the entire fifty United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

The normal rate deck consists of over 490,000 codes and is priced from $0.00114 to $0.0139. The underlying carriers are ATT and major European PTT carriers. The dialer deck has 360,000 codes ( new deck will have 719,000 codes) and is priced from $0.0033 to $0.0139. What makes these rate decks so unique is that the top price is for interstate, intrastate and intralata. Nowhere on the rate decks will the price exceed $0.0139 and all calls will be sent to the final destination with CLI attached. Our normal billing is 6 seconds with 6 second increments. For our European friends we have rate decks with 1/1 billing. Additionally, there are a number of codes to free conference call and chat line areas that do not fall under the rate decks presented. The calls to those areas are in a separate deck and come with higher pricing.

When you sign up to test and eventually terminate traffic with us, we will send you a PIN to access our switch in real time to see your credit balance and be able to pull CDRs at any time.

If you plan to only use us for the highest priced areas, feel free to cherry pick on either our normal or dialer rate decks. We manage a dumb switch which indicates that, when the balance reaches zero, there will be no dial tone. Therefore, we ask you to set a dollar floor amount so when that amount is being penetrated we send you an email reminding you to put additional funds into your account.

Credit terms are now being offered for high volume dialer or normal calls. Selway Group is a Comptel member and a leading-edge technologically-advanced 1+ VoIP wholesaler that has expanded into providing high-volume / short-call duration network services for call centers and dialers. As a part of that expansion, Selway has announced a program to offer extended credit terms to its most credit worthy qualified United States incorporated customers. The longest terms are 7 Net 30 and the shortest is 7 Net 3. In order to qualify for the longest terms, the customer must bill $7,500 per week or $30,000 per month.
