Rolando Quiros is the Chief Technical Officer for Costa Ricas Call Center. Mr. Quiros has over 19 years experience in the technology field and call center IT support with companies such as Intel Corporation and La Nacion. Mr. Quiros has managed small and large size teams, while specializing in off-shore management of developers and designers world wide such as Malaysia, Ukraine, India, USA and Costa Rica.
Mr. Quiros is a top Costa Rican software architect and software analyst with a focus on dealing with object oriented methodologies, enterprise and n-tier designs. In addition, he has utilized UML as well as a Windows Software Developer with an emphasis on working with C++, Visual C++, Data flex, PowerBuilder, PHP, Perl, Java and .NET (C# and ASP).
Currently, Mr. Quiros is working with Microsoft technologies like Share Point and CRM working with new implementations for the development process like continuous Integration and other improves with a role of PM/Senior Developer.
Mr. Quiros has a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems and B.S. in accounting from the University in Costa Rica. Mr. Quiros is currently starting his MBA degree in information Systems and finishing his training to obtain Microsoft Professional Certifications, MS CRM Application Certification and his PMP degree in the Project Management Institute.
